I purchased two of these little boats for my boys for Christmas. They worked really well for about half of Christmas day and then they would no longer charge. I emailed the company about the problem and they immediately sent me replacement boats that are still working great. We also purchased two of the mini submarines and have had no problems with either of them. My boys are having a great time. Thanks!

Hi, Just a note to let you know that I am not a frequent buyer on the internet, However I could be if all the companys and websites that I dealt with were as helpful and as nice as you have been. My grandchildren are enjoying racing their boats in the pool. I can not express the amount of joy that you have brought into their lives and although we had troubles among them the USPS, they were all taken care of in mannner that shows that you care about your customers and for this I applaud you. If I should find a need in the future I will definitley use your website again.
